Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We offer an all you can ship price depending on which country you live.
Order Tracking
All orders except regular shipping for singles come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, but we’ll do our best to support you if issues arise.
Customs & Import Duties
American customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping fees.
